Then on Monday we were going to hike Timpanogos with my sisters but when we got to the parking lot to buy tickets it was a four hour wait to start your hike. We didn't want to wait that long so we drove up the canyon to Cascade Springs. It was a really easy hike but the kids had fun. It was really pretty too. We got a few good pictures.

We experienced that 4 hour wait a few months ago. I believe we went on a holiday too. Next time I will go get my tickets then go have lunch or something. There was one couple that came just as they had sold out. They had come from far away which I thought was sad......not sad enough to sell them my tickets though.
So sorry you didn't get to go up to the cave! Glad you still had a fun hike and a fun day!!!
4 hours???? That is ridiculous! I haven't been to timpanogus for forever...I didn't even know that they sold tickets. Gosh, they charge for everything now a day...good thing you had a back up plan!
