Happy Thanksgiving

I hope all of you had a wonderful Thanksgiving. This year we went to my Mom's house. At first we were a little worried about the roads because of the "Blizzard" the weather had predicted. Luckily the "Blizzard" didn't do much and the roads were fine driving up to Moms. It was Very cold. We woke up on Thanksgiving morning to -23. BRRRR! Jacob asked if he could go outside to play. So when it warmed up to -7 we let the kids go out and play. They played for a good half hour before they were too cold.

Wedensday night when we were sleeping my Mom's wall heater burned out. It was quite scary. We were sleeping and then we heard this arcing noise and I looked up and there was flames jumping out of the heater. So we quickly turned it off and avoided any damage. John put in new heaters on Friday.

We ate at my Mom's house and it was very good.

Friday we left and went to John's parents house and his brothers and families all came over and we had left over Thanksgiving dinner again. It was fun.

I am glad we are all home safely and had a great holiday. Today we are just cleaning and having a movie day.
