So this past weekend was John and Wyatt's birthday. We started our celebration on Saturday. John's parents showed up to give Wyatt and John their presents. On Sunday it was John's birthday. In our house the birthday person always gets to choose their favorite meal. So John chose carnitas and homemade new york Cheesecake. It was pretty good. Here is a picture of him pretending to blow out a candle because he didn'ty want to have 36 candles in his cake!!
Monday was Wyatt's birthday. He woke up and got to open his presents. He got a Thomas blanket for his bed and some water guns and darts for the dart gun. He was very excited.
He chose for dinner HOT DOGs. They are his very favorite meal ever. Then he wanted a Thomas cake. Can you tell he likes trains.
The highlight of Wyatt's day we went to the mall and rode the train. He loved it!

So fun!! Wyatt is so cute and I love the picture of him and his cake! You can totally see how excited he is.
PS. I don't blame John for not wanting that many candles on my cake--it takes off the whole top when you take them off ;)
